Position Overview:

Responsible for theheavy dutycleaning of restaurant kitchen sinks, grease traps, industrial ovens, freezers,mixersand kitchen floors on the overnight shift.

Job Functions / Physical Requirements

  • Prepares ovens, sinks and other dirty restaurant equipment for cleaning
  • Uses ice,waterand cleaning solvent in the cleaning of restaurant kitchen equipment
  • Emptiestrash in kitchens. Cleans and wipes down tables and chairs
  • Washes and scrubs kitchen floors. Cleans food scraps from kitchen areas
  • Followsall required safety and standard operating procedures.
  • Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed
  • Is open to coaching and feedback fromsupervisor. Makes improvement
  • Works weekends and holidays
  • Acts as a role model to other Service Company employees
  • Must havea strong desireto satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand forlong periods, walk moderate distances, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs of weight on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and perform other routine physical activities.
  • Must meet company and client appearance standards.
  • Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
  • Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
