Looking for More Than Just a Cleaning Job?

Environment Control is seeking motivated, dependable individuals who want to build a career in leadership and operations management.

This is an entry-level management training position designed for individuals who are ready to learn our business from the ground up. During your training period, you'll gain hands-on experience cleaning a variety of commercial facilities while learning the skills needed to advance into a supervisory role.

If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Schedule
  • Monday through Friday

  • Start time between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Occasional weekend coverage

What Makes This Position Different?

Unlike traditional cleaning positions, Unit Manager Trainees work at multiple customer locations and learn all aspects of our operation.

As part of your training, you will:

  • Learn commercial cleaning procedures and quality standards

  • Work alongside experienced managers and supervisors

  • Gain experience with staffing, customer service, and operations

What You'll Do
  • Fill in at various customer locations as needed
