Please read all details of this posting before applying. This is a high stress role and requires a lot of troubleshooting/communication. This position will be hourly base.
Greenhouse is looking for a dependable full time cleaner/floater assigned to various locations throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan & Queens. This person must be flexible with hours. The position typically runs Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. - 1 a.m. however, may require some earlier start times (6 AM), weekend shifts and overtime hours. This person will be cross trained at all of our accounts and fill in for absenteeism and open positions in addition to training new staff on some accounts. Nightly schedule may require working as a team or on your own and will vary day to day. Hours will be predominantly 2nd shift, but you may need to be available to cover day positions as well. This position may require overtime as needed.
Primary Duties • Dusting • Sweeping • Mopping • Wiping down and/or disinfecting surfaces including restrooms • Removing and disposing of trash • Reporting any maintenance needs observed during working hours. • Inspecting other employees work throughout the evening. THIS POSITION PAYS $15.00 per hour.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of cleaning experience
  • Willing to work flexible hours (mainly Mon - Fri from 4:30 p.m. - 1 a.m. however some earlier start (6 AM) times and weekends may be required.
