The Cleaning Tech employee is the face of the gym floor; you are the person a member sees when he or she is working out inside the facility. It is important that this person has a friendly demeanor with great eye for detail. The Cleaning Tech employee is responsible for the overall upkeep of the fitness floor, equipment, and surrounding areas, walls & mirrors.

Responsibilities of Floor Tech
โ€ข Cleaning and maintenance of Retro Fitness outlet main floor.
โ€ข Testing equipment for efficiency.
โ€ข Stocking of products/items.
โ€ข Lubricating and greasing of circuit training equipment.
โ€ข Reporting any facility issues to Management/Ownership.
โ€ข Spot cleaning of walls, mirrors, windows, & diamond plating.
โ€ข Re-racking of weights.
โ€ข Disinfecting equipment and upholstery.
โ€ข Facility Dusting.
โ€ข Following company policies & procedures.
All Cleaning Tech employees are to wear company staff shirt along with either Khaki pants or black athletic pants. Sneakers must always be worn. No boots, heals, or open toe shoes or sandals. Cleaning Techs should always be well groomed and neat. Cleaning Techs are required to complete the Daily Cleaning Checklist and have a Manager sign off before completing their shift.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
