We are seeking an energetic Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production-driven, safety-conscious team in Bartow, FL. We are seeking an energetic Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production-driven, safety-conscious team in Bartow, FL. This position oversees Shipping and Receiving operations, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound documentation, payroll, quality improvement initiatives, and resolving off-spec issues.
The role is primarily outdoors and requires strong people-management and problem-solving skills. Key duties include addressing inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and both physical and system-related inventory variances while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Shift: 1st 7am-5pm
Pay: $60K-$80K DOE

  • Knowledge of scanning applications, EOM scanning SOP's, VPI / Pick sheets
  • Proficiency in multiple site-specific plant operations. It is not a desk job on the floor with the guys.
