Role Description:
This is a part-time role for an Exterior Cleaning Tech and Sales Associate. The role involves performing exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, and soft washing, as well as holiday lighting installations for residential and commercial customers. Additional responsibilities include providing an exceptional customer experience, engaging in technical sales and consultations, and actively promoting company services. Team members are also expected to uphold safety standards and maintain equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven skills in Technical Sales, with a proactive approach to meeting client needs
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and foster positive client relationships
  • Ability to effectively conduct training, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance tasks and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor, including lifting and working at heights
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in exterior cleaning services and/or sales is a plus
