Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 3:00p.m.-11:30p.m.
Pay: $20/hour
Additional Details
The Building Supervisor supervises and directs work assignments for the building in which they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction as well as performing the duties of a cleaner.
1 week of medical training hosted in Appleton
Medical scrubs provided
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Management
  • Ensure all policies and procedures of the company are adhered to.
  • Maintain cleanliness of facility by performing various cleaning duties.
  • Maintain floor care standard in the facility
  • Order janitorial supplies and tools/equipment for their assigned accounts.
  • Work with crews to fulfill cleaning specifications at a maximum performance level.
  • Assist with addressing and resolving customer requests that may occur.
  • Assist in oversight and progressive training and development of employees.
Employee Development
  • Oversee, coach, motivate and train employees.
  • Retention of employees and engagement to meet company goals.
  • Assist with conducting and organizing employee training programs.
  • Ensure employees perform all cleaning functions and assist as needed.
  • Coach and discipline employees when appropriate with guidance from Account Manager or HR.
  • Provide employees with proper supplies and equipment needed to do their job.
  • Work closely with HR to achieve optimal performance from employees regarding training, workers compensation, recruiting, disciplinary action, etc.
Safety
  • After receiving training, effectively manage and contain blood, infectious materials, etc.
  • Works to promote a safe work environment for all customers, employees and building occupants.
  • Follows and enforces KleenMark's safety programs, safety rules and monthly safety topics.
  • Assist HR when necessary, in case of accidents on the job (documents, photos, etc.).
  • Work with HR/Injured employee to properly document the accident.
  • Utilizes safety handbook and new hire guidelines to train employees on safety subjects upon hire.
Other
  • Follow KleenMark's "Green" practices.
  • Maintains a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Travel is required 0-2% of the time for this position, annually.
  • Positions require a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays (when needed).
  • Provides an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Reports to work on time and works overtime as required and if required to travel for business
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED preferred, and 2 to 3 years related experience. Ability to read, write and speak English is requirement of this position. Ability to read, write and speak Spanish a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
This position requires demonstrated cleaning experience in all aspects of commercial cleaning as well as understand of commercial cleaning methods, techniques, cleaning supplies and equipment. Must have excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand; climb; stoop; kneel; balance; crouch or crawl; reach and grasp as well as push and pull objects. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 75lbs occasionally (with assistance). This may include regular bending and lifting of items as well as repetitive arm movements. The employee must be able to visually determine the neatness and accuracy of thoroughness of the work assigned. Employee must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e., when exposed to cleaning products). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
