We also have a fully stocked shop located in Rochester Hills. We are currently seeking experienced plumbers for our growing team. We have been an industry leader for over thirty years and are seeking the right candidate to join our team to help take us to the next level. Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience with residential as well as commercial plumbing

Apprentice Plumbing License (Required)

Journeymans Plumbing License (Preferred)

Must have a valid drivers license with an insurable driving record.

Must have knowledge and experience in repair and general maintenance of plumbing.

Must be able to demonstrate amazing written, verbal, and digital interpersonal and communication skills.

Must have knowledge of residential as well as commercial plumbing.

Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to 100 lbs.

Must show confidence and comfortability with day-to-day sales and customer relationships.

Must be professional and punctual.

Must have the ability to use tools of the trade including, but not limited to: plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels, and screwdrivers.

Must have strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and sales skills with an enthusiastic personality.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and installations of plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, gas lines, garbage disposals etc.

Perform general maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent emergencies

Keeping and maintaining records such as customer job summaries, time spent on the job, and materials used and purchased for the work on paper and iPad.

Preparing and providing estimates to customers.

Develop and maintain customer relationships.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Maintain impeccable communication with dispatch and management teams.

Maintaining your company truck regularly by keeping it clean inside and out.

Follow current rules and regulations to ensure that plumbing systems pass inspection the first time.

Participate in ongoing training that aids in your development and success as a professional.
