What You'll Do
As our Plumbing Service Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping both our team and our results. Your focus will include:
  • Driving sales growth and profit margins to meet and exceed targets
  • Coaching technicians to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service
  • Conducting ride-alongs to mentor and develop team members in real time
  • Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective team performance
  • Supporting technicians with on-site challenges and problem-solving

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
