Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Backhoe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a backhoe and other heavy equipment to assist with excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling on construction sites. Safety, precision, and efficiency are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate backhoe equipment safely and efficiently on job sites
  • Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling
  • Load and move materials as needed
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Work closely with site supervisors and crew members
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating a backhoe or similar heavy equipment
