Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and trash removal throughout the property, including common areas, grounds, and apartment homes.
- Clean and prepare both vacant and partially occupied apartments to ensure they are move-in ready.
- Maintain the daily cleanliness and appearance of the Leasing office, amenities, and other shared spaces.
- Monitor property conditions and report any units not meeting cleanliness or trash standards to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Promptly report safety hazards or maintenance issues and support daily property inspections.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or property management maintenance is preferred.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
