As a Field Energy Expert, you are the front-line ambassador of Housebuildr’s mission to help homeowners save money and reduce their carbon footprint through clean energy solutions. You’ll be working in the field, educating potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the initial stages of the solar journey—from consultation to site evaluation.
This role combines consultative selling, neighborhood outreach, and energy education. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and leverage cutting-edge tools to schedule qualified appointments and close high-impact deals that transform homes and lives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach or pre-set appointments
  • Conduct home energy assessments and explain solar benefits in simple terms
  • Qualify leads and schedule consultations with energy consultants or closers
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and install teams to ensure a smooth process
  • Track and report daily field activity and performance metrics
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
