Job description

As a Sales Technician, you'll inspect homes and businesses, identify pest and termite concerns, recommend customized solutions, and perform pest control services when needed. If you enjoy helping people, working independently, and being rewarded for your performance, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications:
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of pest control experience preferred (sales or technician experience). Other sales or customer service experience will be considered.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
  • Conduct residential and commercial inspections.
  • Identify pest and termite issues and educate customers on treatment options.
  • Prepare accurate service proposals and pricing.
  • Close sales and complete service agreements.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, door-to-door prospecting, and follow-up with company-provided leads.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that lead to recurring service and referrals.
Pest Control Services:
  • Perform initial and recurring pest control treatments according to company standards.
  • Inspect and monitor customer properties for pest activity.
  • Apply products safely and in compliance with state regulations and company procedures.
  • Communicate treatment plans and preventative recommendations with customers.
  • Ensure all work is completed professionally and efficiently.
Customer Service:
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every visit.
  • Answer customer questions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Represent Power House Pest Control with integrity and excellence.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Complete inspection reports, service tickets, and sales agreements accurately.
  • Maintain organized customer records.
  • Manage daily schedule and appointments efficiently.
  • Work closely with the office team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
