We're looking for independent cleaning professionals to provide exceptional residential cleaning services. We handle the marketing, booking, and customer service so you can focus entirely on what you do best. Compensation Structure:

This is a contract position paying an aggressive commission split. You receive 60% of the total service charge for every home you service, allowing you to control your earning potential! (Averages out to roughly $24 - $32 / hour depending on your efficiency).

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general residential cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface sanitation.
  • Deep clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
  • Handle specialized cleaning tasks as requested by clients (such as deep cleans or move-out cleans).
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring a sparkling and welcoming environment for every client.
  • Provide and maintain your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure you are fully prepared for your accepted bookings.
Requirements:
  • Language: Must speak English fluently to ensure clear communication with clients and our support team.
  • Legal & Tax Compliance: Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN or ITIN) and a signed Form W-9 to receive 1099 payouts.
  • Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
  • Technology: Must own a reliable smartphone (iPhone or Android) with an active data/internet plan to receive job notifications, view schedules, and check in/out of bookings using our provider app.
  • Transportation: Must have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance to travel independently to local client properties.
  • Supplies & Equipment: As an independent professional, you must provide your own standard cleaning supplies, tools, and vacuum/equipment necessary to complete professional-grade cleans.
  • Experience & Skills: Professional cleaning experience is highly preferred. Must have excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the physical stamina required for standard residential cleaning tasks.
