Job description

As a Store Attendant, you'll be responsible for keeping our arcade location clean, organized, and fun for our guests. This is an independent role with ongoing support from our headquarters team.

Responsibilities:

  • Restocking prizes and maintaining arcade game machines
  • Monitoring and reporting prize inventory
  • Providing friendly customer assistance as needed
  • Performing basic cleaning and routine maintenance of arcade machines
  • Keeping the store and game area clean and organized
  • Counting cash and making bank deposits
  • Submitting reports and photos to headquarters using a smartphone app
  • Completing other light operational tasks as assigned
  • Regular, reliable attendance

This position is primarily an independent role, but you'll receive training and ongoing support from our headquarters team to help you succeed.

Schedule (Part-time 8-12 hours per week)

This is a part-time position with the following preferred availability:

  • Mon-Sun: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM / 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Flexible and open to any shift) 
  • Availability: 2–3 shifts per week.

Additional shifts may become available based on business needs.

  • Ability to travel to and from the store location in Cupertino, CA.
  • Comfortable working independently with remote support from the corporate team.
  • Ability to use a smartphone to submit reports and photos.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • No arcade or technical experience required—we provide training.
