About AuxoAI
AuxoAI helps enterprises transform how they operate by combining business consulting, data, engineering, and Agentic AI. We are building an AI-native consulting model in which every team member is expected to use AI thoughtfully to improve speed, insight, quality, and client outcomes.
What You Will Do
• Own the integrated plan for IT-led activities supporting the Oracle Fusion ERP transformation, from design through stabilization.
• Coordinate delivery across Business, System Integrator, enterprise applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, security, testing, and support teams.
• Maintain program milestones, critical-path dependencies, RAID items, decisions, assumptions, and cross-workstream actions.
• Establish governance cadences and prepare concise program updates for IT leadership, steering committees, and workstream owners.
• Drive readiness reviews for design completion, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Identify schedule slippage, unresolved dependencies, ownership gaps, and business readiness concerns early and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure IT deliverables align with the overall implementation plan and System Integrator commitments.
• Support scope, change, resource, financial, and vendor coordination for IT-owned work.
AI-Enabled Delivery Responsibilities
• Create AI-assisted executive summaries that translate detailed workstream inputs into clear decisions, risks, and required actions.
• Use AI to analyze plans, RAID logs, meeting transcripts, and status reports for hidden dependencies or conflicting commitments.
• Develop reusable AI-enabled PMO templates and workflows for governance, reporting, milestone health, and risk sensing.
• Help define practical guardrails for responsible AI use within the ERP program.
Common AI-First Expectations at AuxoAI
• Use enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Gemini, or equivalent platforms to accelerate delivery and improve decision-making.
• Apply AI to automate meeting summaries, action-item tracking, status reporting, executive communications, and document synthesis.
• Use AI-assisted analysis to identify delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, emerging bottlenecks, and areas requiring leadership attention.
• Continuously identify PMO activities that can be simplified, standardized, or automated through AI and workflow automation.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, confidentiality, traceability, and business relevance before they are used in program decisions.
• Collaborate with consulting, data, engineering, and AI teams to pilot and scale AI-enabled delivery practices across the program.
Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably within enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, integrated testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, executive stakeholders, and third-party delivery partners.
• Hands-on experience with project plans, RAID logs, dependency management, status reporting, and governance forums.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve personal productivity and program delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Experience working with System Integrators in a client-side IT role.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing or operating an AI-enabled PMO.
