Job description

This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for a dedicated Paraprofessional with a passion for supporting young learners in a school setting. In this position, you’ll work closely with Pre-K and elementary-aged students, providing both one-on-one and classroom assistance. Your ability to adapt and respond to a range of student needs—including those with mild, moderate, and severe behavioral challenges—will be invaluable in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a paraprofessional role within an elementary or Pre-K setting
  • Skilled at providing individualized and group support
  • Comfortable assisting students exhibiting a variety of behaviors (from mild to severe)
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with teachers and support staff
