Responsibilities: The Nurse Aide in Training will undergo a comprehensive program to acquire the knowledge, skills, and certification needed to perform the role of a Certified Nursing Assistant. The Student will participation in HMR's structured educational program consisting of classroom instructions, clinical practice, and on-the-job, supervised training to perform the services for which they have been trained and found competent to perform during the training period. Key Qualifications: Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. .
