Job description

We're looking for an awesome Full Time Landscape Technician to join our dynamic team! 

We want someone who is hard working, reliable and punctual. The ideal candidate will be a team player with good communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to follow landscape design. Landscaping or sprinkler experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay $18 - $30 hourly dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, and mulching
  • Install plants, trees, sod, flowers, and landscape materials according to design specifications
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
  • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed
  • Inspect and maintain outdoor areas for cleanliness and safety
  • Assist with hardscape installations (e.g., patios, retaining walls, pathways)
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients on job progress and issues

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred
  • Knowledge of plants, irrigation, and basic horticulture practices
  • Ability to operate landscape tools and machinery safely
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
