Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Waste Collection Driver to join the Facilities Department. The Waste Collection Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and discreet collection and transportation of waste and recyclables from various facilities within a private golf club community. • Operate waste collection vehicles in a safe and efficient manner throughout the golf club property
  • Collect and transport trash, recyclables, and other waste from designated club facilities and service areas
  • Service high-traffic locations including dining venues, clubhouse areas, golf course facilities, and event spaces
  • Follow established collection schedules while adapting to special events, tournaments, and seasonal demands
  • Ensure waste is handled and disposed of in compliance with local regulations and environmental guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness of waste collection areas and ensure bins are properly returned and secured
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
  • Assist with waste sorting and recycling efforts to support the club's sustainability initiatives
  • Interact professionally with staff and maintain a low-profile presence around members and guests

  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to lift, push, and maneuver heavy containers (50+ lbs)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in hospitality, resort, or private club environments preferred
  • Knowledge of recycling practices and waste reduction strategies
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
