Paul Clark Ford is growing, and we are looking for a driven, hands-on Showroom & Internet Sales Manager to join our leadership team.
What You'll Be Responsible For
• Lead, motivate, coach, and hold salespeople and future BDC representatives accountable.
• Directly manage a two-person BDC and ensure daily activity and appointment goals are achieved.
• Desk deals when needed as backup.
• Provide accurate reporting to the GSM and GM.
