About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic CRM Intern to join our marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of email marketing, CRM platform operations, and location onboarding — giving you hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of local marketing communications, from setup through measurement.

You will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of new brands into our Unleashed CRM platform, configuring the technical infrastructure that powers our local marketing campaigns, and ensuring every email deployment meets our quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

    • Build and deploy email campaigns in support of local marketing initiatives across multiple brands
    • Design, code, and test email templates to ensure consistent rendering across devices and clients
    • Manage deployment schedules and coordinate send timing across business units
  • Location Onboarding
    • Support the onboarding of new locations into the Unleashed platform, including data migration and account configuration
    • Set up business units within the platform, applying correct hierarchy, permissions, and branding
  • Quality Assurance amp; Testing
    • Execute thorough pre-send testing protocols including link checks, rendering audits, personalization validation, and compliance review
    • Identify and escalate technical issues prior to deployment
  • Franchisee Support
    • Respond to incoming franchisee support tickets related to CRM platform usage and local marketing tools
    • Assist franchisees with account setup, configuration questions, and general platform orientation
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with campaign data and spreadsheets
  • Clear written communicator with a collaborative attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment

What You’ll Gain

  • Practical, end-to-end experience across CRM operations, email production, and performance analytics
  • Exposure to multi-brand marketing strategy and enterprise CRM platform management
  • A portfolio of real campaigns you’ve built, tested, and deployed
