Job description

Chubb Global Services delivers Chubb's products and services to global clients, supporting complex multinational risk management programs through the Chubb Global Network.

Role Overview:
The Multinational Claim Services team provides exceptional, customer-focused claims service for multinational casualty clients. We take a solutions-oriented approach to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for claims assistance on multinational programs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's claims servicing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Oversee and conduct local claim service reviews as required.
  • Create and manage customized claims service bulletins for clients.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors supporting Chubb's casualty business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US Underwriters and key Chubb claim contacts across all regions.
  • Client facing, point of sale & relationship management.
  • Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
  • This role requires a proactive, client-focused leader who can build relationships, and deliver high-quality claims services in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in multinational claim services and/or technical claims handling.
  • Strong understanding of multinational casualty coverage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with reconciliation tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective team player.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • High commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines and standardss
