What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Customer-facing Claims experience preferred.
  • License: Active Adjusters license preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
  • Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
