Job description

Wage and Hour Associate Attorney – Class/PAGA Actions (3-7+ years)

Seeking associates/senior counsel with wage and hour litigation experience, including:

  • Defending class and PAGA claims and actions state and federal court
  • Conducting document and data reviews related to wage and hour claims
  • Preparing case evaluations for clients related to wage and hour class/PAGA actions
  • Preparing and responding to discovery requests in class/PAGA matters
  • Conducting and defending depositions
  • Law and motion work: moving to compel arbitration, preparing and responding to dispositive motions, preparing and responding to discovery-related motions
  • Preparing for and attending mediations in class/PAGA actions, preparing mediation briefs
  • Attending court hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motions
  • Arbitration and/or trial experience
  • Excellent research and writing skills

Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
