Premier Exteriors, LLC Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all activities are sequenced and coordinated.
  • Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure the safety of all workers on the job site, providing a safe work environment at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Provide regular progress reports to owners and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, building effective working relationships with all members of the project team.
  • Some occasional travel may be required.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Experience in Exterior Cladding strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
