About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Meet company objectives with respect to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment.
  • Direct, monitor, and accountable for the operating results of facility to ensure budget criteria, corporate policies and programs are achieved and customer requirements are met.
  • Responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to direct and indirect reports to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned Team Members.  
  • Direct the development and implementation of internal procedures and controls required to ensure customer needs are achieved within budgetary goals.
  • Establish standardized customer KPI and other performance metrics and ensure these metrics are communicated with the customer on an agreed upon schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.  A college degree is preferred.
  • Experience supervising in an automotive or logistics based industry.
  • Proficiency in working with operations manager, staff and functional departments.
  • Proficiency in working with customers and visitors.
  • Ability to effectively train, teach and coach salary and hourly team members.
