This role also includes creating repair orders, converting work orders to sales orders, processing customer payments, reserving rental equipment, and preparing rental equipment to meet customer needs. Ensures repaired equipment and rental equipment, for Branch locations, are staged in proper shipping area and enter delivery/billing tickets into computer.Loads and unloads machines for customers.Assist with incoming rental and service phone calls providing excellent customer service. Enter new work orders and rental delivery tickets in system as needed.Assist with log in of equipment for repair.Practices all safety policies and procedures.Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitorsAdhere to the CK Core Values through behavior and wordsOther duties, as assigned, within the job classification and business QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent Previous welding knowledge is required1+ years of experience performing comparable dutiesTrade or vocational school completion is a plusAbility to read and comprehend manual instructionsBasic computer skills required (Word, Teams, NetSuite, etc.) WORK ENVIRONMENTThe following are some conditions that an employee may encounter in this position.
