We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician - Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
You'll keep people and equipment safe by rigorously following HSE standards, stopping work for hazards, modeling safe practices around electrical and energy sources, and promoting an interdependent safety culture.
You'll protect equipment uptime by performing skilled repairs and maintenance that prevent failures, reduce unplanned downtime, and support stable manufacturing operations.
You'll deliver high-quality workmanship by applying strong craftsmanship, following diagrams and specifications, and using the right tools, measuring, and testing instruments every time.
You'll strengthen preventive maintenance by documenting work accurately, providing feedback into the PM system, and supporting predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
You'll reduce cost and quality risk by identifying issues early, raising concerns, and ensuring work meets all process documentation and quality requirements.
You'll improve manufacturing flow by collaborating with peers and support staff to identify constraints, solve problems, and streamline processes.
You'll support continuous improvement by actively participating in TPM activities that enhance safety, quality, equipment reliability, and employee capability.
