Job description

At Maverik, we don’t just offer jobs, we offer adventures.

Join a team that's helping shape the future of one of the fastest-growing convenience store brands in the country. If you're looking for a role where you can own projects, solve real-world design challenges, and grow your career in civil drafting, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Why this role matters

The Civil Drafter plays an important role in helping Maverik bring new stores and site improvements to life. By creating accurate civil site plans and identifying site constraints early in the design process, this role helps ensure projects move efficiently while maintaining Maverik's safety and design standards.

Location/Schedule

  • This role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule with four days in-office and one remote day each week.

Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.

You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have:

  • 1+ years of civil drafting experience
  • Retail design experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Bonus points if you also bring:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Drafting or related field.

  • Experience supporting land development or site planning projects.
  • Familiarity with project management software or construction project workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:$$59,000-$70,000/year + DOE and Bonus Opportunities
