In this role, your skills will contribute to impactful civil engineering projects across recreational, municipal, commercial, residential, and institutional sectors, bringing innovative solutions to communities throughout the region.
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and a passion for delivering high-quality work in the field and office.

What You'll Do:
  • Support planning, design, and permitting efforts
  • Oversee construction on a variety of site development, green infrastructure, environmental remediation, and climate resiliency projects
  • Perform overall site layout, grading utility layout, drainage, erosion, and sediment control design
  • Assist with stormwater calculations and modeling, project document reports, and complete quantity take-offs for cost estimates
  • Prepare profiles, cross-sections, and construction details
  • Assist with the preparation of Contract Documents
  • Manage submittals and RFIs
  • Provide technical support to project managers on environmental assessment and remediation projects
  • Perform field sampling, monitoring, and construction oversight
  • Assist in data collection and analysis
  • Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil projects

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in Civil Engineering required
  • PE required; preferably in any of the New England states
  • AutoCAD and related Autodesk products proficiency required; certifications preferred
  • Hydrology and Hydraulic modeling software experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS software is a plus
  • Able to travel for field assignments daily
  • Must possess a valid driver's license

Salary Range:
The compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000, with final compensation determined based on years of experience, qualifications, and licensing status.
