Job description

Are you tired of the BigLaw grind? Ready to join a high-end boutique, where you're a valued member of an elite team? Want to work 1200 hours?! (Yes, you read that right!)

About the job: This Silicon Valley boutique law firm is working *exclusively* with us to find a civil litigator. You'll get lots of hands-on work with wonderful colleagues.

About you: You graduated from law school sometime in 2020 or earlier, you're admitted to the California bar, and you have strong civil litigation experience. (You might be an associate, counsel, OR partner - all levels 5th year and up are welcome!) You haven't jumped between firms very much, if at all. You're entrepreneurial, and you're excited about helping grow a small firm.

The nitty gritty: For associates, comp in the range of $175,000-$225,000 before bonuses (higher, obviously, for counsel and partners); 1200-1500 hours (client billable, not admin; if you're working more hours, you WILL be compensated - this is a "rising tide lifts all boats" sort of place).

Please feel free to reach out to Zsaleh (zsaleh@swanlegal.com) with questions.

(Note: Unfortunately, this firm is not able to sponsor employment visas for this position.)
