Job Title – Civil Litigation Paralegal
Company Location – Los Angeles, CA
Full Time | Non-Exempt Direct Hire 
Hybrid schedule after 45-day period

Salary –110k, DOE
Job Summary of the Litigation Paralegal position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced and proven Civil Litigation Paralegal for a nationally-recognized and award-winning law firm based in downtown Los Angeles, CA. This is a phenomenal opportunity to establish yourself with a growing firm with a promising future.
Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal position
The ideal candidate is accomplished in all facets of civil litigation including document organization and review, both paper and electronic; redaction of privileged documents and more.
Manage and support all phases of e-discovery, including administering and navigating platforms; coordinate document collection and production, maintain data integrity, and assist attorneys with production deadlines
Possess knowledge with retrieval and organization of exhibits for court filings; review of discovery documents; summarizing depositions, document productions and related records; preparing records subpoenas; communication with clients, courts and outside vendors; preparation of pre-trial pleadings, exhibit and witness lists; and providing support at trial.
Analyze medical and billing records, including preparation of page and line summaries.
Prepare subpoenas and coordinate document productions
Maintain clear and consistent communication with attorneys, staff, clients, courts, and outside vendors
Assist with document analysis, chart preparation, jurisdictional research, & expert information gathering.
Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal position
Must have a BA or BS degree
A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved Program required
5+ years' experience working as a civil litigation Paralegal for a law firm.
eDiscovery platforms, process and the review and setup of the electronically stored information (ESI) process.
Excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Word (2010 or higher), Excel and Outlook, Adobe
Acrobat Pro
The use of database software such as Summation, Concordance FTK and/or Relativity
Use of iManage, FileSite or other similar document management system is a plus.
Trial experience, including preparation of pre-trial pleadings, exhibit and witness lists, and providing support during and after trial.
