Pool Title POOL - Civil Engineering Technology Instructor (Part-time) Pool Number F26-18 Announcement Summary
This is a continuous recruitment pool not specifically advertised.
The pool is continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates.
We invite applications to be submitted for potential openings.
Duties
Teach courses in the discipline area of Civil Engineering Technology. Classroom instruction for Static and Strength of Materials, Construction Materials and Methods, Hydrology and Erosion Control, Intro to Technology and CAD for Engineering Technology. Develop and design curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensure student engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in the subject area (or) a Bachelor Degree with 18 credit hours in the subject area.
Proficient with CAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS software.
Preferred Qualifications
NC Professional Engineer License.
Full or Part Time Part Time Special Instructions to Applicants
Online instructors must provide documentation of online teaching experience.
