FindTalent, a premier recruitment firm, is currently seeking a Civil Engineering Supervisor – Transmission & Substation Projects for a leading utility company. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional with a background in transmission Right-of-Way (ROW) improvements and substation site preparation projects to lead and supervise a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will oversee and collaborate with the civil engineering team on Request for Proposals (RFPs), while managing construction managers and vendors across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction teams and vendors involved in transmission ROW improvements and substation site preparation projects.
  • Work with the civil engineering team to prepare, review, and manage RFPs for upcoming projects.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Track and manage project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
