a Must have certification as a Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training
a Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices; knowledge of computer aided drafting (CAD) principles

a Knowledge of relevant state and local regulations; knowledge of Georgia landfill regulations
a Knowledge of research, data analysis and report preparation methods
a Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs
a Skill in problem solving, prioritizing and planning
