Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Professional Civil Engineer in our Pompano Beach, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, infrastructure design, permitting, and client relations. This role requires technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion.
  • Design and oversee site development plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
  • Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills:
