Title: Structural Engineer
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba - Must be open to relocation 
Salary: 120k+ (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join a growing consulting engineering team working on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and institutional projects. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of project delivery, from concept design through to construction, within a collaborative and technically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analysis of structural systems including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures
  • Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for a variety of building types
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, mechanical, and electrical engineers
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical input throughout all project phases
  • Conduct site visits and field reviews to ensure compliance with design intent and applicable codes
  • Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction
  • Support project delivery by ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a P.Eng. in Ontario
  • 3–8+ years of experience in structural design within a consulting environment
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and standards
  • Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar)
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is considered an asset
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
