The Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects and will assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design culvert design, and pavement design, etc
  • Professional will have hands-on involvement in permitting process
  • Professional will have significant interaction with multi- disciplinary internal teams and external clients

In roles like Engineers, Technicians,and Skilled Specialists you will be engaged with exciting projects across the globe. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs
  • Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
  • Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients
  • Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration
  • Thorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management, Storm Water Design)
  • Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering work.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries, and supports where necessary.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
  • Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
