Location: Haslet, TX

Overview:
Adecco currently hiring Test Engineering Technicians to support production operations for consumer electronics. This role focuses on maintaining test systems, troubleshooting issues, and improving overall testing performance on the production floor.

Available Shifts:

  • 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

  • 8:15 PM (Sun) / 11:45 PM – 5:30 AM (Mon–Thurs)

Pay Range:

  • $22.50 – $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain test systems for consumer electronics on the production line

  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions

  • Analyze technical requirements and estimate effort for tasks

  • Create and maintain engineering documentation (schematics, diagnostics, flowcharts, and reports)

  • Configure, calibrate, and upgrade test systems (hardware and software)

  • Monitor tester performance and implement improvements

  • Report software bugs and collaborate with development teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems

  • 0–2 years of experience in test engineering or a production environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Basic knowledge of programming/tools such as C, C#, C++, Python, JTAG, CLI, or Linux

  • Experience with Android or IOS testing is a plus

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to interact professionally with internal teams and customers

Pay Details: $22.50 to $25.00 per hour
