Job Details

We are seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to handle complex litigation matters across a broad range of business, employment, probate, real estate, healthcare, data privacy, and cybersecurity disputes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an active caseload involving complex business and commercial litigation matters.
  • Handle matters involving general business disputes, employment litigation, probate litigation, real estate disputes, healthcare litigation, and data privacy litigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze case strategy, and support clients through all phases of litigation.
  • Work directly with partners and senior trial attorneys on litigation strategy, case development, and client service.
  • Balance multiple deadlines, priorities, and responsibilities while maintaining high quality work product.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team focused, professional environment.
  • Support client relationships through clear communication, preparation, and thoughtful legal guidance.
Qualifications
  • Active and good standing California Bar admission required.
  • Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school required.
  • 5 to 10 years of litigation experience handling complex litigation matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team setting.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Interest in high quality litigation work, client service, and continued professional growth.
  • Small book of business is a plus, but not required.
