Business Litigation Attorney

Irvine, CA

We are a boutique law firm in Cerritos, CA seeking an experienced litigator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Handle civil litigation matters in employment and business law

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence

Conduct depositions and appear in court

Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial

Advise business clients on compliance, structure, and strategy

Manage multiple cases and deadlines independently

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver excellent client service

Qualifications:

Active license to practice law in California

4+ years of experience in civil litigation (employment and/or business law preferred)

Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills

Ability to lead cases from start to finish

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment
