Job Summary

This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes their extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

Job Description

Annual Salary: $75,914 = base + commission

Core Responsibilities

  • Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area
  • Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
  • Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively. Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations
  • Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers
  • Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast
  • Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
  • Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
