Job description

LEAD STRATEGY CONSULTANT
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This role is responsible for leading delivery of large scale, enterprise-wide initiatives. This includes overarching support of executive leadership and key leaders to ensure strategic alignment and movement with speed on prioritized areas of focus. This individual will be formulating strategy, developing roadmaps, and driving execution end-to-end through implementation. Comfort with addressing complex issues, processes, and projects, and working in a high-paced, fluid environment is required.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address strategic questions, diagnose issues, develop plans, ultimately enabling initiatives to fully align to corporate strategy and direction, and more aggressively execute to realize success and expected business outcomes.
  • Drive, direct, monitor and contribute to critical strategic initiatives such as introducing strategic technology, improving client and colleague experiences, establishing new governance models, driving efficiency and modernization, controls, and compliance process transformation, among others.
  • Design, influence, implement, and promote the adoption of new operating models and related requirements in alignment with CNB's overall strategy.
  • Lead cross functional teams in attaining clarity and overcoming blockers, including bringing together subject matter experts and/or executives for key decision making
  • Influence and manage expectations of key stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on key areas of focus to enable CNB's strategy.
  • Balance and influence multiple competing priorities and teams by providing oversight and guidance to actions of high importance; and creating and maintaining cross-organizational relationships to enable success.
  • Guide teams to understand business requirements, processes and controls, and risk management goals, so the team can develop repeatable, quantifiable, and sustainable business process improvements.
  • Care for successful implementation with effective change management, adoption, and sustainability

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex, large scale projects involving cross functional disciplines and/or geographical regions.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience contributing to operational efficiency, systems development, and project management initiatives, or practicing related disciplines such as quality management, financial management and organization change management.

Additional Qualifications
  • Complex problem solving; effective management of cross functional groups and competing priorities
  • Independent project management with complete ownership of a program
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong stakeholder management, including comfort interacting with executives
  • Exposure or practice of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Exposure or practice of Agile/Scaled Agile (SaFE) practices

Compensation
Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
