Orthopedic Surgeon (Del Rio, TX)


• Would work out of the hospital and the ortho clinic is located between Radiology and the ER

• There is a 6 room OR suite with 2 bigger rooms where most of the Ortho surgeries are performed

• They do have a 1st Assistant that is there to help who is a Rockstar

• Ability to speak Spanish is big PLUS considering the large Hispanic population

• Would love someone with a Sports Medicine background, as they would like to grow this business to about 25% of what they do

• Base: $550K

• Shared Call with another Ortho Surgeon: 1st 5 days included in bonus then $550 per day, $66K annually for call

• $55,000 Quality Incentive Bonus if quality metrics are met (10% of base)

• Productivity bonus if you exceed wRVU’s

• $25K Sign-On Bonus
