Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This position requires that the employee perform all essential duties as assigned by Human Resources Management which shall include the following:

  1. Coordinates the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and facilitating pre-employment requirements.
  2. Handles on-boarding paperwork.
  3. Participates in special HR projects, process improvement initiatives and performs other duties as assigned.
  4. Maintains strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and organizational data.
  5. Maintains an efficient system of filing involving employee and company records.
  6. Serves as back-up for other team members.
  7. Such other duties and assignments that shall be made from time to time to employee from any member of the Company's management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience may be considered).
  2. Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Must possess good telephone skills using appropriate telephone business etiquette, etc.
  9. Report to work on time as required by schedule.
