Part-time/Non-Exempt

The Resident Services Coordinato is the first point of contact between Pedcor Management Corporation and agencies to develop and maintain the required resident services. As a Resident Services Coordinator you will:

  • Building relationship
  • Process paperwork
  • Develop marketing materials
  • Performing outreach
  • Support the Property Manager and Area Manager with Section 42 Tax Credit applications and renewals
