This role is ideal for someone with a strong ERP and SQL background who wants to:

Position Summary

The ERP Systems Analyst will support and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics GP environment while assisting in the evaluation and transition to a future ERP platform.

This role combines ERP support, SQL development, and general IT responsibilities. You will also support internal users, including office staff and field technicians, as part of a small and agile IT team.


We are looking for someone in Orlando (Central Florida) at this time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP across core modules (Financials, Sales, Payroll, Inventory, Purchasing)
  • Write and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data processes
  • Develop and support reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SmartList Builder
  • Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures
  • Assist with ERP transition planning, including system evaluation and data preparation
  • Support integrations with third-party applications and tools
  • Provide help desk support for internal users across multiple locations
  • Assist with general IT functions, including user access, troubleshooting, and system support


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP strongly preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience, including T-SQL (queries, views, stored procedures)
  • Experience troubleshooting systems and data-related issues
  • Ability to support end users in both technical and non-technical environments
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude) to improve personal productivity, accelerate development, and solve technical problems. Ability to craft effective prompts, evaluate AI-generated output critically, and integrate AI assistance into day-to-day IT workflows.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP modules (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing)
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Exposure to ERP upgrades, migrations, or system implementations
  • Experience with WennSoft Signature, Cavallo SalesPad, or similar tools
  • Experience with any of the following: eOne SmartView, eOne SmartConnect, eOne Extender, Binary Stream Multi Entity Management, Greenshades Payroll Services, Avalara AvaTax, Nodus Credit Card Advantage, and/or Professional Advantage Collection Management
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other business system integrations
