Job Description
The Opportunity
  • $200K to $240K OTE ($100k-120K base), DOE
  • Based in New England; Boston, Hartford Houston, or other)

ICE Group Client, seeks an Account Executive to join our fast growing Healthcare sales team. As an Account Executive, you will have direct responsibility for closing new business, expanding existing customer deployments and engaging channel partners.
It is an incredibly dynamic role that will test your hunting, farming and channel engagement skills each and every week.
Responsibilities
  • Position the company's management solution to senior IT leaders within hospitals that are responsible for leading BYOD or mobility initiatives
  • After gaining executive sponsorship, engage multiple stakeholders across the hospital in an effort to quantify the pain of app delivery and impact to patient care
  • Be relentless in qualifying opportunities in an effort to gain agreement on the business value.
  • Ensure we co-author a solution plan with the customer for all of out product pilots.
  • Build relationships directly with Microsoft, Citrix, along with other key ecosystem players in an effort to build pipeline and co-sell with their partners
  • Working closely with other team members which include solution architects, partner managers and pipeline builders
  • Consistently meet and exceed goals by bringing great passion and energy to work each day

Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; concentration in Communications, Business Management or Business Administration preferred
  • 3-5 years experience selling into Healthcare & IT
  • Experience building relationships within multiple stakeholders of an organization
  • Knowledge and experience selling end user computing, ITAS, ITSM, Desktop virtualization or Desktop management considered a plus
  • Being a "deal architect"- helping to create a path for prospects to become customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone skills
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
