Knowledge, Skills and Experience:ย 


7+ yrs of architecture, design and programming experience preferably in fast-paced dynamic environmentย 

Strong application design and implementation skills, solid understanding of entire development cycle.ย 

Strong background in Java/J2EE/JSP and Spring/Hibernate Frameworks based application architectures.ย 

Experience with relational databases (MySQL is a plus).ย 

Strong SQL is required.ย 

Spring and Hibernate framework exp should be in their recent years.ย 

Any database (MySQL, SQL) is mandatory.ย 

Should have dealt with transactional level data as our product is huge and deals with tons of data.ย 

Experience with on-line advertising technologies or experience with large-scale workflow systems is very helpful but not required.ย 

Required Skills: core java, JSP/servlet, Spring/IOC, JUNIT, OOAD, hibernate, xml, JDBC, SQL, UML, design patterns, JMS, JAXB, annotationsย 

Good to Have: castor, spring-WS, spring-security, AJAX, open source, SOA, SaaSย
